Sleep Like A Champion
6 WEEK - ONLINE PROGRAMME
Getting enough sleep is fundamental to our wellbeing, but so many people struggle to get enough. In this 6 week programme, Sarah Harmer will coach you through how you can sleep like a champion.
In this 6 week online course - hosted live, Sarah will cover;
1. Assessing your sleep needs and current sleep debt.
2. Understanding the physiology of sleep and how to maximise sleep quality.
3. Habits that set you up for a good night sleep every night.
4. How to manage stress to prevent worries keeping you awake.
5. How to sync your bodyclock to maximise your health, deal with jetlag and times when your sleep schedule is all out of whack - such as shift work or welcoming a new baby into the home.
6. How to get back on track when your sleep routine gets disrupted.
The cost is $120 (NZD) for the 6 week course. This includes 6 one- hour live workshops and course notes.

About Your Coach
Sarah studied Sleep and Fatigue Management at the Massey University Sleep/Wake Research Centre as part of her post graduate studies in psychology and health science. As well as being a qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher, Sarah holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Science. She will draw on all areas of her health, fitness and wellbeing coaching background to help you sleep better.
