What we work with you on

Improving mental wellbeing in the workplace should start with initiatives that impact the whole organisation. Greater gains will come from creating the right environment to help people thrive rather than trying to change the personal health habits of dozens, hundreds or even thousands of individuals.
Our Organisational Wellbeing workshop series will help your organisation take a strategic and sustainable approach to wellbeing, ensuring the greatest good comes from your time, resources and investment.
The greatest influence on an employee's wellbeing is their relationship with their immediate manager. Leaders should be equipped with the skills to protect, nurture, strengthen and support the wellbeing of their people, with the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience to role model healthy and positive work habits themselves. Leaders are often time-poor but crave their own professional development. We offer comprehensive leadership development programmes in bite-size learning modules–delivered online–to bring like-minded people together. Our short, sharp and interactive learning sessions combine coaching protocols and practical skills to nurture and develop leaders regularly to help them grow and evolve into the leader that they always wish they had.
When it comes to the wellbeing of individuals, our focus aligns with the World Health Organisations definition of wellbeing. We believe wellbeing is more than just surviving. Health is more than the absence of disease and wellbeing is far more than just getting by. We don’t just aim to help individuals deal with the stresses of life, but to get the most out of life. We do this by helping them realise their own strengths and abilities, and work in a way where they can be both productive and fulfilled in their job, and still have energy for the things that matter most to them. To have thriving communities, we need people to have good lives at work and outside of work.
In our lifetime, one in two people will meet the diagnostic criteria for a mental illness. At any one time, one in five of us experiences mental health challenges.
Excessive work stress contributes to the development of poor mental health but this can be prevented. Leaders in organisations play a key role in keeping people psychologically safe at work. We provide your leaders with the practical tools to do just that. • How to provide a safe and healthy work environment.• How to be a supportive manager and still get the work done.• How to address wellbeing issues in your team. • How to talk to someone you are worried about.• How to get people the support they need.• How to look after yourself through all of it.
